Homemade salsa


Homemade Canned Salsa

1 qt tomatoes
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, finey chopped
2 cloves garlic
bunch of cilantro (depends on how you like the taste)
2 tsp, jalepeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
Mix all in large pot and simmer. Boil for 10 minutes. Can accordingly!

It is super easy and super yummy!!! Finally concocted this puppy last summer when I had tomatoes coming out of our ears. Got lots of jars and devoured all but 1 that I am saving for a special time within 2 months---I know, we are salsa lovers! Planning on stocking up again when I get my tomatoes!
