Molly’s pumpkin treats

I love pumpkin anything, but wanted to figure out a yummy muffin and something I can do as a bread too! This is what I created, and I ate way too many of them the other day! Hope you can enjoy them too!

misc 1180 Pumpkin bread with buttercream frosting!

1 3/4 cup ap flour

1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. allspice

1/8 tsp. cloves

2 large eggs

3/4 cup. brown sugar

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans or any nut!

Preheat oven to 325

Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs and sugar for 2 minutes. Mix all together and pour into a loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake for 60-65 minutes for loaf or 15-18 for muffins. Insert toothpick to see if clean.

Butter cream frosting:

1/4 cup butter, softened

2 T pumpkin

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. vanilla

3 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp. milk

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts for sprinkling

Cream butter, pumpkin, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar and blend. Add milk and blend together! Frost muffins or cake when cool and sprinkle with nuts!
