French Breakfast Puffs

I thought it would be a fun week to give a few new recipes to my sweet blog readers. Get your baking hats on and let’s get baking.

French Breakfast Puffs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 egg
1 c. milk
Topping:
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks of melted butter

Stir together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream sugar, butter, & eggs. Add dry mix and milk and cream together. Put into muffin cups and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Remove muffins when hot and dip tops into melted butter and roll in sugar/cinnamon mix.
