Stuffed Shells with Chicken Alfredo

5 chicken breasts, chopped and sautéed with garlic in olive oil
(you can substitute shrimp too)
Sauce:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 c. heavy cream (add, mix,& remove from heat)
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 T salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. Fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
pinch of nutmeg

Boil large shells and let cool

Noodle filling:
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 T parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
Salt & pepper

Fill shells with filling and pour sauce and chicken on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

This is one of my favorite made-up recipes. We eat a great deal of pasta since it is cheap, but I like to find some fun, fancy twists to make meals more interesting and yummy. Hope you enjoy
