Asian Pork Chops, Oriental Coleslaw & Apple Dip~ Day 13

Asian Pork Chops

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
2 cloves garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Pork chops

Crockpot on low for 6-8 hours

This is great paired with a serving of Oriental Coleslaw salad.oriental coleslaw (4)

Oriental Coleslaw

2 packages chicken Ramon noodles (uncooked)
1 package raw coleslaw (1 lb)
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/3 c. slivered almonds
2 bunches chopped green onions

Break noodles and put in bowl and stir all ingredients together gently.
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 broth packs from the soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Shake and pour and mix through salad right before serving.

Add a bit of sweet to your evening menu with a healthy serving of sliced apples with a yummy dip.

Caramel Apple Dip

3/4 c. brown sugar
1- 8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Sliced Apples
Crushed peanuts
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
Serve with apple slices and crushed peanuts.
