Broccoli, Cheddar, Bacon Quiche

Another recent favorite for breakfast or any meal!

Broccoli, Cheddar, Bacon Quiche
1 9-inch pie shell
5 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup steamed broccoli, roughly chopped
6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350. Whisk together the eggs, cream, mayo, and spices until fully combined. Fold in the broccoli, bacon, and 1 cup cheese. Pour into the pie shell. Sprinkle the top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set when gently shaken.
