Spinach,Tomato, Bacon Quiche

Here is one of the the recipes for one of the quiche I made a few weeks back. Hope to share others soon.

Spinach, Tomato, Bacon Quiche
1 9-in pie crust (you can make homemade, but I chose the simpler route)
5 large eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups chopped spinach
6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic powder
1 tomato sliced thinly to place on top before baking

Preheat oven to 375. Beat eggs until blended. Add cream and spices. In the bottom of your crust layer spinach, bacon, then cheese. Layer once more. Pour egg and cream mixture on top. Place tomatoes on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes until egg mix is firm and top is golden. Cut into wedges and serve.

I baked completely and then covered in foil and froze. I just warmed up in oven before serving. They turned out perfect and seemed to be a hit!
