Tomato Bacon Green Onion Quiche

Here's another little adaption for a different flavor of quiche. I've enjoyed creating different options despite the generally same base.

Tomato Bacon Onion Quiche
1 9-inch pie shell
5 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 diced small tomato
3 green onion, chopped
6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350. Whisk together the eggs, cream, mayo, and spices until fully combined. Fold in the tomato, bacon, onion, and 1 cup cheese. Pour into the pie shell. Sprinkle the top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set when gently shaken.
