Tator Tot Breakfast Casserole

We've enjoyed tremendous visits with friends new and old the last few weeks. So, when hosting people for long periods of time it is helpful to have a plan when it comes to feeding times.😊 This is my go to breakfast dish especially for Sunday mornings. We have to be at church over an hour earlier so having a big breakfast super early with guests on Sundays doesn't happen...EVER! But, I can stick this casserole in and it's ready for any and all whenever they choose to meander to the kitchen. The kids typically stick with their cereal and fruit or muffins, but that's because we aren't a big casserole loving family---but this one is yummy. Enjoy!
            Breakfast Casserole

1 lb ground sausage, browned and drained
3- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
4 egs
2 lbs frozen tator tots
Preheat oven to 350
Spread sausage in 9x13 pan, then sprinkle all cheese on top.
Beat milk and eggs. Season with onion powder, salt and pepper and pinch of chili powder.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Top with frozen tator tots.
Bake 45 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
