What I have found out though is that there is no greater joy then being in the center of God's will. And there is no way of receiving that joy and peace until I make a willful choice to give my life to God and live for Him. To be content with whatsoever state He puts me in. You can't live your life with the "what if's". I really believe Satan loves to throw those in our way like the 'grass is always greener on the other side of the fence'.
Also, just because you were trained for 'full time ministry'. Being in the full time ministry is not a salary position, but a state of the heart. As Christians, no matter what we are doing, we should be full time ministers of the Lord.
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12341971475734682634noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6946559911431143013.post-5501779559162788522013-02-15T11:42:53.955-08:002013-02-15T11:42:53.955-08:00Thank you so much Molly, I needed that!!!! We have...Thank you so much Molly, I needed that!!!! We have been dealing with the same thing the last few months and have moved in the direction we feel God wanted us to for now by staying in our bus ministry but me coming out of my nursery ministry to help Jimmy full time. However, the future is still unknown. Jimmy has 2 years left of Bible college and then what? He feels God has called him to be a Pastor, but where and when? Will we have to move and buy another house? Will I ne able to homeschool where we are, etc...God has given him an amazing job that we can't complain about at all, but it scary to think we will possibly be giving that up one day to a Pastor's salary, which we all know isn't all that glamorous. It is scary to me to not know exactly what will happen in the future. I heard a quote one time that hit me and I think of it often, "i don't know what the future holds but I know who holds the future." Thank you for your encouragement today!!Samantha Roschellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16215615053858594282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6946559911431143013.post-78325563255512025512013-02-15T11:42:43.353-08:002013-02-15T11:42:43.353-08:00This comment has been removed by the author.Samantha Roschellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16215615053858594282noreply@blogger.com
